Knock ME Down Challenge 2018 & June Bank Holiday Walking Festival

It may not seem much like it, but apparently the summer is underway. This means things are really starting to get moving at Knockmealdown Active with Summer Walking Festivals & Challenge Events in the offing.

Diary Date: September 8th

The date for the Knock ME Down Challenge 2018 has been confirmed as Saturday September 8th. Booking will begin in early to mid-June, we'll be back in touch on this one. You will receive an email with booking links once it goes live.

Rhododendron Walking Festival - June Bank Holiday Weekend

Before the Challenge event takes over out thoughts, we are really looking forward to the new Rhododendron Walking Festival which takes place along the Knockmealdown Mountains from June 1st to 4th. This is a Siul Eile & Knockmealdown Active joint initiative.

Opening & FREE Clogheen Heritage Walk - Book Now

Saturday June 2nd

Knockmealdown Way Challenge Event

Ballyporeen to Newcastle (34km) - Book Now

Clogheen to Newcastle (18km) - Book Now

Goatenbridge to Newcastle (9km) - Book Now

Sunday June 3rd

Rhododendron Loop Walks

3 Hour Walk (10km) - Book Now

1.5 Hour Walk (6km) - Book Now

Monday June 4th

FREE Family Walk & Fun Day at Kildanogue Duck Ponds - Book Now

St. Declan's Way 2018

Thank you so much to everyone for making this year's St. Declan's Way walk such a success. All stages are now booked out, there are a few Replacement places left for the final two stages at, but that's it.
