Redhead300 Comes To Cahir

Redhead300 is a fundraising walk in aid of the Irish Cancer Society which left Derry on Saturday 5th August and will finish just over 300 miles later, on Friday 18th August in the beautiful village of Crosshaven, County Cork, home of the one and only Irish Red Head Convention, hence the name, ‘Redhead300'.

Shirley one of the walkers is an incredible woman and had beat cancer 7 times. Fergal Barr is the organiser and has worked diligently since last January to bring it all together.

They will be arriving into Cahir tomorrow, the 15th of August.
