Driving licences

Cllr Richie Molloy tabled a motion at this weeks meeting of South Tipperary co council calling on the minister for transport to review the decision that to apply for a driving licence it's mandatory to appear in person at the new driving licence centres if which there are only two in Tipperary . The one serving south Tipp is in powerstown house which in councillor molloys opinion is crazy as it should be town centre based or based in the various post offices in the country Cllr molloy is calling on the minister to immediately change the regulations and apply common sense for a change in how Ireland does it's business . Cllr molloys motion got the unanimous backing of his colleagues.
