Tobar Íosa Meeting 20th July 11am

Since the purchase of Tobar Íosa by the Coolmore Group, there has been good cooperation locally with regards the fencing, planting of a hedge, the removal of fallen trees and new gates to the site. This is much appreciated as the owners also wanted to continue with regular access to the public that has been in place for years.

Recently, Coolmore gave Tobar Íosa a General Tidy up and cut the grass and walkway to the well. They have given a further commitment to the public that they want to continue a good working relationship with “The Well” users want to work with a Well committee going forward.

Cllr Andy Moloney has been asked to call a meeting in the Well on Saturday morning 20th July at 11am to establish if there is interest in a working committee to maintain the area and make any improvement that may be necessary while it is now in good shape.

It Could also be planned to have annual Mass at the Well or maybe some trees planted on the bounds but Saturday 20th at 11am we can discuss.
