SEE IMAGES BELOW TEXTSituated 2 kilometres (1.6 miles) outside Cahir town the old home of Richard Butler, 1st Earl of Glengall, it is an impressive example of early 19th century architecture. It has been kept in impeccable condition and this is because access is only granted through guided tours that are available from March till October every year. The spiral stair case is as elegant as the Parisian wallpaper and the cottage is one of architect John Nash's greatest works, most certainly his best preserved.Contact DetailsAddress: Kilcommon, Cahir, Co.
