KATES FITNESS LOW INTENSITY AEROBICS

Kate's Fitness Classes offer low-intensity aerobics tailored for seniors, active adults, or anyone seeking a low-impact class to stay strong and mobile. The focus is on bone density, mobility, balance, strength, and overall health. Classes involve moving to music with easy-flow movements, and can be done seated if needed. Benefits include improved energy, reduced health risks, enhanced blood circulation, and increased heart and lung capacity. Suitable for all fitness levels, these 60-minute sessions take place at Burncourt, Kate's Studio, Wednesdays at 10am. Registration is required, and the cost is €12 per class.
