Cahir St Patrick's Day Parade 2024: Embracing 'Lights, Cameras, Action' Theme with Milestone Celebrations still welcoming floats

The Cahir St Patrick's Day parade is well into the planning stage and this years theme of Lights , Cameras , Action opens up a host of opportunities of colour and craic.

A lot of usual Paddy's Day supporters have gone to their eternal reward since last year and they would have loved the theme.

Once again the bands have been booked and many organisations and groups are planning their floats.
Some just like to celebrate our National Day and in doing so they can also promote their business. Groups like ICA celebrate a special milestone this year while the new Cahir ICA or Cahir Women's Shed could make an appearance.

Cahir Comhaltas celebrate 10 years of Tradfest and Cahir Mens Shed will be sure to feature as they open their new premises.

Usual sports clubs and scouts and dancing groups will be out in full color and it would be lovely to see all the supporters of the parade over the years come out in force.

Viewers should be aware that the full parade can be viewed from Super Valu where some of the smaller kids join in and get the full effect of the parade.
