U14s clinch South Title

U14B's South Hurling Champions

Cahir U14's travelled to Clonmel Sportsfield last Thursday evening to play Killenaule in the South “B” Hurling Final. Killenaule were the stronger team in the first half and were leading by two points at half time, the score line didn't stop Cahir putting in a strong second half, they fought hard and came through as worthy winners on the night, from Number 1 to Number 21, each and every one played their part in securing a South Title for the team.

Unfortunately Fethard were unable to field a team and gave Cahir a walkover, they are now through to the Shield Final. Congratulations to all, another Final to look forward too

Minor hurling championship

Last Sunday morning our minors were on duty in Clonmel to play Moyle Rovers, a hard fought match with both sides giving their all and at the final whistle it ended all square, 2-14 to 1-17, full team and scorers: Conor Kirwan, Liam Hickey, Eoin Wyse, Darragh Heffernan, Francie Delaney (0-2), Eoghan Kelly, Tommy McDonagh, Dylan Fitzgerald (0-1), Tommy Magner, Nicholas Reidy (0-3), Stephen Grogan (0-3), Mark Casey (1-0), Jake Kiely, Christopher (0-3), Kevin Grogan (1-2), Subs Used: Sean Murphy, David Clifford

On Wednesday nigh in Ned Hall Park they played Grangemockler/Ballyneale and had a good win on a score line of 4-12 to 0-11 having led by 3-03 to 0-9 at half-time. Draw the Joker
