Cookery night with Peter Clifford @ Cahir House Hotel

About Peter :
Peter Clifford , a young chef (22), has been generating a buzz in food circles lately, earning a mention in John and Sally McKenna's Guide's Megabites awards and recently the recipient of Lucinda O'Sullivan's Young Blood Award in her Gastro Gongs for 2013.
He has been working in top end restaurants from a very young age,after winning Tesco young chef of the year. He starting in his parents? restaurant in Cahir, under his father, the Michelin star chef, Michael Clifford. From here he has went on to work in some of the most highly acclaimed restaurants across Britain and Ireland, including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, 15 by Jamie Oliver, Tom Aikens and Ireland?s only two Michelin star, Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud.
Before joining the Market Bar team, Peter?s most recent endeavour was in the world class Ballyfin Demesne hotel, as Sous chef to the renowned chef Fred Cordonnier. Peter has also won many cookery competitions and written several recipe columns for local and national publications. Peter last week launched his own cookery book.
