The relics of St Anthony begin visit to Ireland today in Cahir

The relics of St Anthony begin visit to Ireland today in Cahir. The relics were brought to Ireland from Padua in Italy by members of the Franciscan Order. Thousands packed St Marys church for masses at 12 midday and 7.30pm. A steady flow of people came throughout the day to see the relics. See photos from the day via:
