Another wonderful fun day in Cahir GAA field

Cahir GAA was blessed with fine weather last Sunday afternoon for their annual field day. The showers finished by 1pm and it stayed fine through the afternoon. The field was a hive of activity with games, duck races, sports, music, dancing, side shows, tug of war as well as wonderful food and drinks. Thanks to Crumlin GAA club who made the long trip to Cahir and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thanks to so many people who worked so hard to ensure everything went so well.

The draw the joker

The draw the joker was held in Cahir House Hotel last Sunday night. Another huge crowd turned up in the hope of seeing the joker being turned but it was not to be.
