New Exhibition Launched Today- Craft Granary

Unique Art Exhibition by artists Paula Taylor, Maggie Morrissey and Gill Pilot.

The ladies first met in 2015 while studying fine Art in CIT, Clonmel,

and carried on in the college studying silversmithing and jewellery design.

Paula Taylor, originally from Vancouver, Canada. Graduated from drawing in college in Canada, but is mainly a self-taught painter, specialising in oils and watercolours, with an eclectic range of styles with an interest in portraiture. Paula has exhibited and sold for may year and has an extensive range of work.

Gill Pirlot from Derbyshire, England. Spend almost 20 years living in France. She came to live in Ireland with her husband in 2004. After Graduation Silversmith and Jewellery design with Distinction from CTI, Clonmel. Gill has built up a collection of fine sterling silver jewellery from her workshop near Ballymacarbry.

Maggie Morrissey from Newcastle, Co. Tipperary found art again after suffering from Anxiety and Depression, during which time she attended Art Therapy with the wonderful Mia Carney, who nurtured Maggie's gift for art and encouraged her to attend a fine art course with CTI, Clonmel where she graduated with distinction not only in Fine Art but Silversmithing and Jewellery Design. Working from her workshop in the foothills of the Knockmealdowns she has fulfilled her dreams of exhibiting and selling her art pieces.
